Wheel-Workpiece Conformity in form Grinding
1979The conformity of fit between a grinding wheel and a workpiece is defined in terms of the curvature difference between the appropriate adjacent wheel and workpiece surfaces. Both static and dynamic conformities of fit are considered and it is shown that the two are simply related.
