Nucleation‐Controlled Reconstruction of CuOx for Selective CO2 Electroreduction
The ratio of oxygen vacancies (Ov) and exposed Cu2O (111)/(200) of CuOx precatalyst is modulated by nucleation control of Cu(OH)2 precursor. Low Ov ratio and high ratio of Cu2O (111)/(200) in slow‐nucleated CuOx reconstructs to high‐coordinated oxide‐derived copper (OD‐Cu) during electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) and exhibits enhanced ...

Design rules are presented to control intestinal organoid polarity in fully synthetic hydrogels. The laminin‐derived IKVAV sequence is crucial to obtain correct intestinal organoid polarity. Increasing hydrogel dynamics further supports the growth of correctly polarized intestinal organoids, while a bulk level of stiffness (G’ ≈ 0.7 kPa) is crucial to ...

Formaldehyde Emissions from Ventilation Filters Under Different Relative Humidity Conditions
Formaldehyde emissions from fiberglass and polyester filters used in building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems were measured in bench-scale tests using 10 and 17 cm(2) coupons over 24 to 720 h periods. Experiments were performed at room temperature and four different relative humidity settings (20, 50, 65, and 80% RH).
