On a mechanism of ball-lightning formation

Model of strong explosion inside a cylinder is proposed for ball lightning formation. Distribution of gasdynamics parameters is given by the solution of the Sedov problem. On the ground of empirical evaluations of shock wave parameters the author supposes favorable conditions of 0.3 m diameter cluster plasma formation.
