Estimating F-Formations for Mobile Robotic Telepresence

In this paper, we present a method for the automatic detection of F-formations for mobile robot telepresence (MRP). The method consists of two phases a) estimating face orientation in video frames and b) estimating the F-formation based on detected faces.
