치의학과/석사[한글] 저자는 formocresol과 glutaraldehyde가 치배 및 주위조직에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 치수강저의 치근이개부를 천공시켜 인위적으로 치조골에 손상을 준 후 대조군으로는 생리적 식염수를, 실험군으로는 formocresol과 glutaraldehyde를 사용하였다. 생후 약 8∼ 9주된 체중 2.5kg내외의 유견 4마리를 본 실험에 사용하였고 2시간, 8일, l6일, 24일, 35일 간격으로 나누어 시행하였으며
