A stepwise emergence of evolution in the RNA world
How did biological evolution emerge from chemical reactions? This perspective proposes a gradual scenario of self‐organization among RNA molecules, where catalytic feedback on random mixtures plays the central role. Short oligomers cross‐ligate, and self‐assembly enables heritable variations. An event of template‐externalization marks the transition to

A Case for Forward-Error Correction [PDF]
Unified classical symmetries have led to many typical advances, including gigabit switches and Markov models. After years of appropriate research into flip-flop gates, we show the development of information retrieval systems, which embodies the robust ...

A two-level Markov model for packet loss in UDP/IP-based real-time video applications targeting residential users [PDF]
The packet loss characteristics of Internet paths that include residential broadband links are not well understood, and there are no good models for their behaviour.

V2X (Vehicle-to-everything) communication relies on short messages for short-range transmissions over a fading wireless channel, yet requires high reliability and low latency. Hard-decision decoding sacrifices the preservation of diversity order, leading

Combining melting curve analysis enhances the multiplexing capability of digital PCR. Here, we developed a 14‐plex assay to simultaneously measure single nucleotide mutations and amplifications of KRAS and GNAS, which are common driver genes in pancreatic cancer precursors. This assay accurately quantified variant allele frequencies in clinical samples

Comparing Forward-Error Correction and DNS [PDF]
Many statisticians would agree that, had it not been for web browsers, the development of sim- ulated annealing might never have occurred. Given the trends in relational technology, analysts predictably note the synthesis of multi-processors. We describe

Signal Processing in Telecommunications with Forward Correction of Errors
<span lang="IN">The development of mechanisms of increase efficiency of frequency-shift keying signals processing in telecommunications using algorithms of noise immunity channel coding in obstacle effect conditions is held in the article. The synthesis of the frequency-shift keying signal processing unit accounting intersymbol communication ...

We identified adaptor protein ShcD as upregulated in triple‐negative breast cancer and found its expression to be correlated with reduced patient survival and increased invasion in cell models. Using a proteomic screen, we identified novel ShcD binding partners involved in EGFR signaling pathways.
