인간공학치료학전공/석사[한글] 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 타이핑 작업 시 앞쪽머리자세(forward head posture)와 중립머리자세(neutral head posture)에 따른 목과 어깨 근육의 근 활성도 변화를 알아보았다.건강한 성인 남녀 20명을 대상으로 앞쪽머리자세와(자세 1), 중립머리자세(자세 2)에서 컴퓨터 타이핑 작업 시 표면 근전도 시스템을 이용하여 위등세모근과 머리널판근의 근 활성도를 측정하였다.
