Transcriptomics Analysis Reveals Dual Axes of Metabolic and Immune Dysregulation in the Progression of NAFLD to HCC

The mechanisms driving the progression of NAFLD through NASH, cirrhosis and HCC are unclear. In this study, we have comprehensively analyzed multi‐cohort transcriptomics data of the whole NAFLD spectrum to unlock the paradigm changes in gene expression and its regulation.
