This publication presents a digitalization approach for a laboratory rubber extrusion line, employing innovative measurement methods and artificial intelligence (AI)‐based process control. This study investigates the plasmonic properties and biosensing capabilities of a nanocomposite incorporating Cu and Ag nanoparticles for detecting anti‐DbpA antibodies associated with Lyme disease.
