Fabrication of High‐Density Multimodal Neural Probes Based on Heterogeneously Integrated CMOS

Uranium Doped Gallium Nitride Epitaxial Thin Films
Uranium was controllably added to gallium nitride using molecular beam epitaxy. The uranium atoms segregated into vertically oriented regions with higher doping levels. Achieving Phonon‐Glass Electron‐Crystal Behavior in Fully Organic Flexible Thermoelectrics
