Bioinspired Twisted Artificial Muscles with Enhanced Performance for Underwater Applications
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A climbing plant‐inspired twisted artificial muscle (TAM) with a braided configuration and seal‐inspired thermal insulation enables high‐performance underwater actuation. Enhanced deformation, reduced heat dissipation, and rapid motion are validated through a bionic ray that exhibits straight and turning motions.

Combustion Engines, 2013 Analysis of balance of V6 engines with a common-pin crankshaft depending on a cylinder bank angle and the crank radius to connecting rod length ratios l based on the relations derived is presented in the paper. The bank angles providing the lowest moment of inertia forces in reciprocating motion for selected l values were determined.

Decoding Human Placental Cellular and Molecular Responses to Obesity and Fetal Growth
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Women with obesity often deliver large‐for‐gestational‐age (LGA) infants. Single‐nucleus RNA sequencing of term placenta reveals that hypoxia and TNF‐α signaling in syncytiotrophoblasts are featured in maternal obesity, but inflammatory signatures in Hofbauer cells and response to lipid or carbohydrate metabolism in fibroblasts are specific to LGA.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study reveals that the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM56 exacerbates neuronal ferroptosis and brain damage by mediating K48‐linked ubiquitination and degradation of KLF4, leading to suppression of the xCT/GSH/GPX4 axis. Targeting TRIM56 alleviates cerebral ischemia‐reperfusion injury in vivo and in vitro, highlighting its therapeutic potential.
