Transient Charging of Mixed Ionic‐Electronic Conductors by Anomalous Diffusion

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 38, Issue 51, 11 September 2026.
This article explores charge transport in mixed ionic‐electronic conductors (MIECs) through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and transient current analysis. Focusing on PEDOT:PSS, WO3, and n‐doped PBDF, it uncovers the impact of anomalous diffusion via fractional modeling. The study reveals key correlations that deepen understanding and guide the

Integral transformation for nonlinear oscillators

open access: yesJournal of Low Frequency Noise, Vibration and Active Control
This paper introduces a generalized integral transform that encompasses the Laplace, Fourier, and numerous contemporary integral transforms as particular instances, while preserving their defining characteristics.

The quantum connection, Fourier-Laplace transform, and families of $A_{\infty }$-categories

open access: yesInventiones mathematicae
Take a closed monotone symplectic manifold containing a smooth anticanonical divisor. The quantum connection on its cohomology has singularities at zero and infinity (in the quantum parameter). At zero it has a regular singular point, by definition. We show that the singularity at infinity is of unramified exponential type.

Nanodiamonds as Bioactive Platforms to Modulate Microbial, Mammalian, and Vertebrate Systems

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, Volume 6, Issue 9, September 2026.
Nanodiamonds (NDs) are biocompatible and antibacterial nanomaterials that support mammalian cell growth while inhibiting bacterial pathogens. NDs showed strong antibacterial activity, with Escherichia coli being more sensitive than Staphylococcus aureus. At 10 mg/mL, both bacteria exhibited ~8% viability.

Ab Initio Path Integral Monte Carlo Study of the 2D Uniform Electron Liquid at Finite Temperatures: Structural Properties, Density Response and Roton‐Type Excitation

open access: yesAnnalen der Physik, Volume 538, Issue 9, September 2026.
Path integral Monte Carlo simulations are used to simulate the 2D electron gas over a broad range of densities and temperatures with very high accuracy. These results constitute a rigorous benchmark for other methods and approximations and uncover the existence of a roton‐type feature in the dynamic structure factor at strong electronic coupling ...

Inverse‐consistent deformable image registration to propagate biomechanical constraints for online adaptive radiotherapy

open access: yesMedical Physics, Volume 53, Issue 9, September 2026.
Abstract Background Accurate motion estimation remains a key challenge in adaptive radiotherapy (ART). Voxel‐wise accuracy is required, as registration errors can compromise the treatment quality. Locally constrained image registration is a promising technique to further improve ART treatment, but relies heavily on quick and accurate delineations of ...

Fourier-Laplace Transforms in Polynomial Ornstein-Uhlenbeck Volatility Models

open access: yesSSRN Electronic Journal
We consider the Fourier-Laplace transforms of a broad class of polynomial Ornstein-Uhlenbeck (OU) volatility models, including the well-known Stein-Stein, Schöbel-Zhu, one-factor Bergomi, and the recently introduced Quintic OU models motivated by the SPX-VIX joint calibration problem.

Advanced Electrospun Nanofiber Epidermal Electronics for Electrophysiological Monitoring: From Conformal Interfaces to Multimodal Closed‐Loop Systems

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 9, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Epidermal bioelectronics is a transformative technology for continuous health monitoring and human‐computer interaction. However, the mechanical and physiological mismatch at the skin–device interface limits its long‐term application. Electrospun nanofiber membranes (ENMs), with their unique three‐dimensional hierarchical porous network and ...

Numerical Investigations of Low‐Latitude Ground Magnetic Fields Due To Cavity Mode Oscillations

open access: yesJournal of Geophysical Research: Space Physics, Volume 131, Issue 9, September 2026.
Abstract Pi2 oscillations are known to be associated with cavity mode oscillations (CMOs) in the inner magnetosphere at low latitudes. CMOs can also be excited by interplanetary shocks on the dayside. We present results from a global linear MHD wave model in spherical coordinates that allows us to analyze these waves at equatorial latitudes.
