Multifunctional Catechol‐Functionalized Cellulose Hydrogels for the Minimally Invasive Treatment of Acute Optic Nerve Injuries

Catechol‐functionalized cellulose hydrogels are developed as injectable, bioadhesive platforms for retinal neuroprotection. The hydrogels exhibit tunable rheological and mechanical properties, strong tissue adhesion, and sustained antioxidative activity.

Conjugated Porphyrin Polymer With Superior Charge Transfer for Photodynamic‐Immunomodulatory Prevention of CIED Infection in Diabetes

Under NIR irradiation, PTCPP generates ROS to eliminate MRSA biofilms and promote M1 macrophage polarization for phagocytosis. After bacterial clearance, the material is phagocytosed by macrophages, shifting their polarization to M2 phenotype via metabolic reprogramming, which synergistically enhances anti‐infection therapy and wound healing.

Tomographic Printing in a Chip: A Versatile Platform for Biomimetic 3D Organ‐on‐Chip

A novel light‐based bioprinting approach, TVAM‐in‐a‐chip, enables rapid, contactless fabrication of biomimetic 3D organ‐on‐chip devices directly within preassembled microfluidic platforms. This strategy supports diverse materials, including cell‐laden resins, and eliminates post‐assembly steps.
