BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...

A CLOSED-FORM DISCRETE FRACTIONAL GABOR EXPANSION
We present a discrete fractional Gabor expansion based on the closed form discrete fractional Fourier transform. The traditional Gabor expansion represents a signal as a linear combination of time and frequency shifted basis functions.

Phase Field Failure Modeling: Brittle‐Ductile Dual‐Phase Microstructures under Compressive Loading
The approach by Amor and the approach by Miehe and Zhang for asymmetric damage behavior in the phase field method for fracture are compared regarding their fitness for microcrack‐based failure modeling. The comparison is performed for the case of a dual‐phase microstructure with a brittle and a ductile constituent.

ON THE CHERNOUS'KO TIME-OPTIMAL PROBLEM FOR THE EQUATION OF HEAT CONDUCTIVITY IN A ROD
The time-optimal problem for the controllable equation of heat conductivity in a rod is considered. By means of the Fourier expansion, the problem reduced to a countable system of one-dimensional control systems with a combined constraint joining control

On the Connection between Spherical Laplace Transform and Non-Euclidean Fourier Analysis
We prove that, if the coefficients of a Fourier−Legendre expansion satisfy a suitable Hausdorff-type condition, then the series converges to a function which admits a holomorphic extension to a cut-plane. Next, we introduce a Laplace-type transform

Current Status and Challenges in Data Collection for Aerospace Coatings Deposited by Plasma Spraying
An innovative approach has been integrated into the GRENAT project to optimize plasma spraying and coating performance. Raw materials are accelerated and melted in the plasma generated by torches, creating coatings. Monitoring sensors collect process data which are combined with ex situ characterization data.

Enhanced Strength and Corrosion Resistance of Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn Alloy by Aging Treatment
This work systematically investigates the effect of aging treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of vacuum arc‐melted Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn alloy. Owing to the increased α″ martensite, strength and corrosion resistance were significantly enhanced by aging treatment.
