A Class of Unbounded Fourier Multipliers on the Unit Complex Ball
We introduce a class of Fourier multiplier operators Mb on n-complex unit sphere, where the symbol b∈Hs(Sω). We obtained the Sobolev boundedness of Mb. Our result implies that the operators Mb take a role of fractional differential operators on ∂𝔹.

Martingales and sharp bounds for Fourier multipliers [PDF]
Using the argument of Geiss, Montgomery-Smith and Saksman \cite{GMSS}, and a new martingale inequality, the $L^p$--norms of certain Fourier multipliers in $\R^d$, $d\geq 2$, are identified. These include, among others, the second order Riesz transforms $R_j^2$, $j=1, 2,..., d$, and some of the L vy multipliers studied in \cite{BBB}, \cite{BB}

A materials and device design concept that comprises a self‐assembled ultra‐thin epitaxial ion‐transporting layer, an amorphous oxide overcoat oxygen‐blocking layer, and a partial filament formed during an electroforming step is proposed for low‐current multilevel resistive switching devices.

H-Distributions: An Extension of H-Measures to an Lp-Lq Setting
We use the continuity of Fourier multiplier operators on Lp to introduce the H-distributions—an extension of H-measures in the Lp framework. We apply the H-distributions to obtain an Lp version of the localisation principle and reprove the Murat Lp-Lp ...

Fourier multipliers of Lipschitz spaces
AbstractLet G denote an infinite, compact, metrizable, 0-dimensional, Abelian group. The following are characterized: (i) the multipliers from one Lipschitz space Lip(α, p; G) to another Lipschitz space Lip(β, q; G) for 0 < α < β < ∞ and 1 ⩽ p, q ⩽ ∞; and (ii) the multipliers from Lip(α, p; G) to Lip(β, q; G) for 0 < β ⩽ α < ∞ and 1 < q ⩽ 2 ⩽ p ...

Linear Peridynamics Fourier Multipliers and Eigenvalues
A characterization for the Fourier multipliers and eigenvalues of linear peridynamic operators is provided. The analysis is presented for state-based peridynamic operators for isotropic homogeneous media in any spatial dimension. We provide explicit formulas for the eigenvalues in terms of the space dimension, the nonlocal parameters, and the material ...

Wetting of Surface Grafted Hydrophilic‐b‐Hydrophobic Block Copolymer Brushes
The wetting properties of surface grafted diblock copolymer brushes are influenced by the thickness of the hydrophilic bottom block and the hydrophobic top block. The surface adapts in presence of water and the contact angles of the bottom block shine through. Abstract The wetting of diblock copolymer brushes by water is studied.

Light‐Mediated Photomultiplication via Cascade Energy Transfer in Organic Photodiode
Light‐mediated photomultiplication via cascade energy transfer in organic photodiode demonstrates external quantum efficiency exceeding 200% and specific detectivity surpassing 5.0 × 1013 Jones. This advancement effectively addresses the limitation of elevated dark current density characteristic of prior photomultiplication organic photodetectors ...

The local geometry of idempotent Schur multipliers
A Schur multiplier is a linear map on matrices which acts on its entries by multiplication with some function, called the symbol. We consider idempotent Schur multipliers, whose symbols are indicator functions of smooth Euclidean domains.
