Fourier Transform Infrared Emission Spectroscopy of SeH
Journal of Molecular Spectroscopy, 2000The infrared vibration-rotation bands of SeH have been measured in the X(2)Pi ground state using a Fourier transform spectrometer. The bands were observed in a microwave discharge of a mixture of H(2) and Se in the presence of He. The rotational structure of the 1-0, 2-1, 3-2 bands of the X(2)Pi(3/2) spin component and the 1-0 band of X(2)Pi(1/2) spin ...

Cancer grading by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy [PDF]
Thirty-nine freeze-dried tissue samples from 17 lymphoid tumors (nine malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphomas) were studied by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The absorbance ratio A1121/A1020 increased, along with the emergence of an absorbance pulse at 1121 cm-1, with increasing clinicopathological grade of malignant lymphoma.

Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy
2013Abstract Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy is a rapid, economical, easy, and non-destructive technique. The IR spectrum of a clay mineral is sensitive to its chemical composition, isomorphous substitution, layer stacking order, or structural modifications.

Infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy of PH
Journal of Molecular Spectroscopy, 1987Abstract The infrared vibration-rotation spectrum of the PH radical was observed in emission using a high-resolution Fourier transform spectrometer. The observation of five bands (1-0, 2-1, 3-2, 4-3, and 5-4) allowed the first six vibrational energy levels of the ground X 3 Σ − state to be characterized. An RKR potential curve for the ground state

[11] Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of retinoids
1986Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy of retinoids, and presents the FTIR spectra of 15 retinoids along with band positions which correlate with the retinoid structures. FTIR spectroscopy offers sufficient instrumental sensitivity, accuracy, and speed of analysis to be the method of choice.

Polarization Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy
Analytica Chimica Acta, 1990Abstract Some Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic studies with linearly and circularly polarized radiation are reported. They were all carried out by means of the differential technique, consisting in the comparison of two single-channel spectra of opposite polarization.

Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy
1992Typically, lignins are characterized by IR spectroscopy in the solid state. The examination of lignins in solution has long been a domain of UV and NMR spectroscopy. However, with the advent of the FTIR technique, the IR spectra of liquid samples now can be readily obtained.
