Fourier transforms of Lipschitz functions on certain Lie groups

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2001
We study the order of magnitude of the Fourier transforms of certain Lipschitz functions on the special linear group of real matrices of order two.

The fundamental solution for a consistent complex model of the shallow shell equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 1999
The calculation of the Fourier transforms of the fundamental solution in shallow shell theory ostensibly was accomplished by J. L. Sanders [J. Appl. Mech. 37 (1970), 361-366].

Neutron Noise Analysis with Flash-Fourier Algorithm at the IBR-2M Reactor

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, 2013
Neutron noise spectra in nuclear reactors are a convolution of multiple effects. For the IBR-2M pulsed reactor (JINR, Dubna), one part of these is represented by the reactivities induced by the two moving auxiliary reflectors and another part of these by

Geometric interpretations of the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) [PDF]

open access: yes
One, two, and three dimensional Discrete Fourier Transforms (DFT) and geometric interpretations of their periodicities are presented. These operators are examined for their relationship with the two sided, continuous Fourier transform.

A Conditional Fourier-Feynman Transform and Conditional Convolution Product with Change of Scales on a Function Space II

open access: yesJournal of Probability and Statistics, 2017
Using a simple formula for conditional expectations over continuous paths, we will evaluate conditional expectations which are types of analytic conditional Fourier-Feynman transforms and conditional convolution products of generalized cylinder functions

Visualizing PDE solutions and Fourier Transforms with Flexural Waves

open access: yesModelling in Science Education and Learning
The concepts of Partial Differential Equations and Fourier Transforms are taught in the Mathematics courses of the first university years of both basic sciences and engineering.

Spherical Fourier Transforms on Locally Compact Quantum Gelfand Pairs

open access: yesSymmetry, Integrability and Geometry: Methods and Applications, 2011
We study Gelfand pairs for locally compact quantum groups. We give an operator algebraic interpretation and show that the quantum Plancherel transformation restricts to a spherical Plancherel transformation.

Split quaternion Fourier transforms for two-dimensional real invariant field

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica
The article gives the corresponding split quaternions in Clifford analysis and the split Fourier transform (FT). Also, we investigate some properties of the split FT and apply to generalizations of the quaternion FT.
