CDegSR, a new tool for imaging RNA at single molecule level in living cells was developed by researchers. Background noise was eliminated by protein engineering and making it degrade when not bound to its target. This allowed individual RNA molecules to be clearly imaged and tracked.

Spectrum of Fractal Interpolation Functions
In this paper we compute the Fourier spectrum of the Fractal Interpolation Functions FIFs as introduced by Michael Barnsley. We show that there is an analytical way to compute them.

On bivariate fractal interpolation for countable data and associated nonlinear fractal operator
Fractal interpolation has been conventionally treated as a method to construct a univariate continuous function interpolating a given finite data set with the distinguishing property that the graph of the interpolating function is the attractor of a ...

Monotonicity Preserving Rational Quadratic Fractal Interpolation Functions [PDF]
Fractal interpolation is an advanced technique for analysis and synthesis of scientific and engineering data. We introduce the 𝒞1-rational quadratic fractal interpolation functions (FIFs) through a suitable rational quadratic iterated function system (IFS).

ABSTRACT Enhancing oil recovery (EOR) in mature reservoirs is hindered by high interfacial tension (IFT) and oil‐wet rock formations, especially under harsh, high‐salinity conditions. This study aims to overcome these limitations by synthesizing a novel carbon nanotube nanocomposite covalently grafted with polyethylenimine and non‐covalently ...

An Analytical Design Model of a Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption Process for Biogas Upgrading
A steady‐state model was developed for a vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) process comprising adsorption, depressurization, and evacuation steps. The resulting analytical plant design model provides the optimal adsorber height required to achieve a target product purity with maximum bed utilization.
