Graphite nanofluids were stabilized using a mixed SDS/Tween 80 surfactant system. The optimized formulation exhibited enhanced colloidal stability, red‐shifted UV–Vis absorption, and improved photothermal conversion under solar irradiation. Achieving stable dispersion of graphite flakes (GFs) in aqueous media remains a critical challenge in developing ...

Scaling theory of fractal complex networks
AbstractWe show that fractality in complex networks arises from the geometric self-similarity of their built-in hierarchical community-like structure, which is mathematically described by the scale-invariant equation for the masses of the boxes with which we cover the network when determining its box dimension.

Liquid‐mediated kinetic control reconstructs a “rigid–flexible” carbon precursor into homogeneously graphitized porous carbon. The resulting porous structure and homogeneous graphitic network accelerate ion/electron transport, enabling superior performance in high‐rate and high‐loading organic supercapacitors.

The low‐field nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) measurements are applied to investigate the seepage characteristics of the single rough joint. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the seepage characteristics of granite specimens with single‐joint channel under the different roughness, confining pressures and seepage pressures.

Numerical Investigation of Methane Transport Within and Around Evolving Cracks
A validated model shows that natural gas leakage induces soil deformation and forms three key cracks. When diffusion is low, methane moves mainly along the primary crack, demonstrating how natural fractures reshape pathways and significantly enhance methane migration.

A stress wave propagation model for coal‐rock combinations under in situ stress was established. Taking a coal mine in Huainan, China as the engineering background, isotropic and anisotropic numerical models were constructed. Field engineering practices were carried out to verify the reliability of the conclusions.

This study on close coal seams shows that multi‐seam mining increases the height of the fractured zone from approximately 26 m (single upper‐seam mining) to about 49 m. When the lower seam is mined after the extraction of the upper seam, the heights of both the caved zone and the fractured zone increase by approximately two times.
