In the open literature while capacitors are introduced with -90 degrees phase angle, here we described our fabricated polymer composite, mixed matrix, as a fractional- order capacitor (FoC). The effect on phase and pseudo- capacitance using a detailed numerical and experimental study of circuit network connections of three identical-order FoCs is shown.
