Fractional-order circuit elements with memory

This paper deals with the fractional-order memristive, memcapacitative, and meminductive systems and their utilization in design of the new circuits with memory. The dynamic properties of the variable-, fractional-order oscillation element (VFOOE) are investigated in the paper. The equations and the block diagram are derived. Stability and existence conditions of solutions of proposed systems are considered. For the illustration numerical examples are presented.
