Numerical analysis of self-oscillations fractional active oscillator

open access: yesФизика волновых процессов и радиотехнические системы, 2013
A numerical model of self-oscillating system with a differential equation of motion of fractional order is designed. The results of modeling transient process of self-oscillations are presented.

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

Dynamics and Efficient Numerical Simulation of a Fractional-Order T System

open access: yesFractal and Fractional
In this paper, we propose and numerically investigate a fractional T system. As a fractional generalization of the classical T model, the fractional order serves as a memory parameter governing the system dynamics.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Representations of the fractional d’Alembertian and initial conditions in fractional dynamics

open access: yesChaos, Solitons & Fractals
We construct representations of complex powers of the d'Alembertian operator $\Box$ in Lorentzian signature and pinpoint one which is self-adjoint and suitable for classical and quantum fractional field theory. This self-adjoint fractional d'Alembertian is associated with complex-conjugate poles, which are removed from the physical spectrum via the ...

Long Run and Cyclical Dynamics in the US Stock Market [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper examines the long-run dynamics and the cyclical structure of various series related to the US stock market using fractional integration. We implement a procedure which enables one to consider unit roots with possibly fractional orders of ...

Relative fractional dynamics of stock markets

open access: yes
This paper analyses motion of stock markets (SM) in the perspective of fractional calculus and introduces the concept of relative fractional dynamics. The SM are characterized by long-range correlations and persistent memory. These features are found

Discrete Memristive Hindmarsh-Rose Neural Model with Fractional-Order Differences

open access: yesFractal and Fractional
Discrete systems can offer advantages over continuous ones in certain contexts, particularly in terms of simplicity and reduced computational costs, though this may vary depending on the specific application and requirements.
