Fractional factorial designs of two and three levels
This paper presents a survey of results on balanced fractional factorial designs (BFFD) for \(2^ m\) and \(3^ m\) series. It includes new results on search designs of \(2^ m\) type, and the survey includes the main results obtained by the reviewer, Kuwada, Shirakura, Srivastava and Yamamoto in their papers on BFFD for \(2^ m\) and \(3^ m\) series. Effects of Biochar and Maize Roots on CO2 Emissions and Microbial Biomass C in Loess Soils
ABSTRACT Background Refractory substances such as biochar and labile substances such as dead fine and coarse roots play important roles in soil organic matter dynamics and have key ecological functions. However, interactions between these substances have only rarely been studied.

Block Designs for Fractional Factorial Experiments with Replication
Summary This paper describes how incomplete block designs may be used to provide blocking plans for fractions of symmetrical factorial experiments. These designs introduce some replication, but provide a wide range of block sizes, from two units per block upwards.

Abstract Background Yogurt is a widely consumed fermented dairy product valued for its nutritional quality, functional benefits, and formulation flexibility. Rising consumer interest in healthier and diversified foods has increased attention toward composite plant–dairy yogurts enriched with fruits and legumes.

Analysis of variance of balanced fractional factorial designs
This paper surveys the ANOVA of \(2^ m\)-BFF designs of odd and even resolution and \(3^ m\)-BFF designs of resolution \(V\) and \(IV\). The focus is on ANOVA obtained by using the algebraic structure of a triangular multidimensional partially balanced (TMDPB) association scheme and a multidimensional relationship (MDR).

Abstract BACKGROUND Plant‐based proteins, such as hazelnut protein isolates (HPIs), often exhibit limited solubility and functionality, as well as allergenic potential, thereby limiting their applicability in food products. This investigation sought to improve the techno‐functional characteristics of HPI and mitigate its allergenicity via high‐pressure

Residual Neural Network Compensation of Temperature‐Induced Gamma Shift in OLED Display
The figure summarizes the proposed white‐only sensing framework and highlights its key advantages in improving color accuracy and reducing calibration time ABSTRACT Organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) displays exhibit temperature‐induced chromatic shifts and luminance‐dependent nonlinear responses, causing CIEDE2000 color difference (ΔE) and local ...

Optimising Human–AI Decision Performance: A Trust and Capability Framework for Knowledge Management
ABSTRACT Organisations struggle to optimise human–AI collaboration in knowledge‐intensive decision‐making. This paper proposes the Trust–Complementarity Model of Collective Intelligence (TCM‐CI), explaining how calibrated trust and complementary capability utilisation drive superior organisational performance.
