ABSTRACT Introduction The tissue temperature‐controlled DiamondTemp ablation (DTA) catheter has been mainly used for atrial fibrillation ablation. In this cohort study including 738 patients (243 left bundle branch area pacing using stylet‐driven lead vs. 495 right ventricular pacing), left bundle branch area pacing was associated with a lower risk of the primary outcome by 73% compared to right ventricular pacing with comparable safety profiles.
