Generalized fractional derivatives and fourier transforms in tempered distributions with applications

The purpose of this paper is to define and prove that the Riemann–Liouville and Caputo fractional derivatives can be computed for tempered distributions, such that the fractional derivative of a tempered distribution remains a tempered distribution.

Unit Root Log Periodogram Regression [PDF]

Log periodogram (LP) regression is shown to be consistent and to have a mixed normal limit distribution when the memory parameter d = 1. Gaussian errors are not required. Tests of d = 1 based on LP regression are consistent against d 1 alternatives.

This study investigates electromechanical PUFs that improve on traditional electric PUFs. The electron transport materials are coated randomly through selective ligand exchange. It produces multiple keys and a key with motion dependent on percolation and strain, and approaches almost ideal inter‐ and intra‐hamming distances.
