A novel oil–water selective conformance control agent, MPRP, is prepared via hydrophilic grafting and mechanical granulation. MPRP uniformly disperses in water, cohesively expands upon aging, and readily dissolves in the oil phase. During conformance control, it selectively aggregates in water channeling pathways to form effective plugs without ...

Fractional Fourier Optics [PDF]
There exists a fractional Fourier-transform relation between the amplitude distributions of light on two spherical surfaces of given radii and separation. The propagation of light can be viewed as a process of continual fractional Fourier transformation.

A multifunctional MXene‐integrated GelMA/alginate hydrogel reinforced with TEMPO‐modified nanocellulose is engineered via dynamic covalent, ionic, and hydrogen bonding. The resulting piezoelectric, adhesive, antimicrobial, and 3D‐printable patch enables motion sensing and accelerates wound healing by promoting keratinocyte migration and collagen ...

The intrinsic distortion‐rich lattice of HEPBA with GQD‐enabled microstrain engineering establishes a mechanistic route toward high‐performance alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction. HEPBA inherently feature heterogeneous local coordination environments arising from multimetal incorporation, while properly introducing GQD during coprecipitation ...

Ionic Precursors Transformed Into Vinyl Acetate Synthesis Catalyst via Reaction‐Driven Restructuring
This work demonstrates that a simple physical mixture of Pd and Au ionic precursors, KOAc promoter, and SiO2 support can transform into a highly active vinyl acetate synthesis catalyst through reaction‐driven restructuring. The results highlight reaction‐induced restructuring as an innovative and sustainable catalyst design strategy.

Fractional Wavelet Transform Using an Unbalanced Lifting Structure [PDF]
In this article, we introduce the concept of fractional wavelet transform. Using a two-channel unbalanced lifting structure it is possible to decompose a given discrete-time signal x[n] sampled with period T into two sub-signals x1[n] and x2[n] whose ...

Solutions of Fractional Diffusion Equations and Cattaneo-Hristov Diffusion Model
The analytical solutions of the fractional diffusion equations in one and two-dimensional spaces have been proposed. The analytical solution of the Cattaneo-Hristov diffusion model with the particular boundary conditions has been suggested.
