Finite‐time consensus for variable‐order fractional non‐linear multi‐agent systems under actuator faults and external disturbances

open access: yesIET Control Theory &Applications, Volume 18, Issue 14, Page 1763-1778, September 2024.
The present investigation aims to address the leader‐following consensus issue for variable‐order fractional multi‐agent systems under actuator faults and unknown external disturbances. The Caputo definition for the variable‐order fractional derivative is used to model the non‐linear dynamics of the leader and follower agents.

Basic elements of brain-like computing: From memristor to fracmemristor

open access: yes四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2020
In this paper, fractional-order memristor (fracmemristor), a novel basic element of brain-like computing, is discussed. The concept of memristor is extended from the conventional integer order to the fractional order, i.e. the fracmemristor. Fracmemristor

Medidas educativas con menores infractores: el caso de Alemania y España

open access: yesPedagogia Social Revista Interuniversitaria, 2021

RVM Classification of Hyperspectral Images Based on Wavelet Kernel Non-negative Matrix Fractorization

open access: yesTELKOMNIKA (Telecommunication Computing Electronics and Control), 2015
A novel kernel framework for hyperspectral image classification based on relevance vector machine (RVM) is presented in this paper. The new feature extraction algorithm based on Mexican hat wavelet kernel non-negative matrix factorization (WKNMF) for hyperspectral remote sensing images is proposed. By using the feature of multi-resolution analysis, the

Linear phase paraunitary filter banks: theory, factorizations and designs [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, 1993
The paper presents in detail the theory, factorizations and designs of linear phase paraunitary systems for a number of channels. It is proved that all linear phase paraunitary systems can be generated simply by manipulating the coefficients of this cascade structure considered.

Purely Analog Fractional Order PI Control Using Discrete Fractional Capacitors (Fractors): Synthesis and Experiments

open access: yesVolume 4: 7th International Conference on Multibody Systems, Nonlinear Dynamics, and Control, Parts A, B and C, 2009
This paper presents the results of experiments related to analog fractional order PI control of a coupled tank system. A custom circuit board has been built to perform analog PID/FOPID control. Specialized circuit elements called ‘Fractors’ [1] are used to perform fractional order integration/differentiation of the error signals.

Nonextensive quantum method for itinerant-electron ferromagnetism: Factorization approach [PDF]

open access: yesPhysica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 2009
Magnetic and thermodynamical properties of itinerant-electron (metallic) ferromagnets described by the Hubbard model have been discussed with the use of the generalized Fermi-Dirac (GFD) distribution for nonextensive quantum systems. We have derived the GFD distribution within the superstatistics, which is equivalent to that obtained by the maximum ...
