A Supramolecular Reversible and Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive for Flexible Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Supramolecular network‐based nanocomposites are developed as a stretchable conductive adhesive for flexible electronics. It's as convenient as traditional solders and constructs anisotropic conductive and robust stretchable connections among diverse soft/rigid materials.

Entropy Decoding the Fundamental Law of Phase Competition in Glass Formation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We validate the integration of intermetallic and eutectic phases as initial phases for composition design. The phase competition mechanism in glass formation is quantitatively clarified based on the melting entropy of competing phases. Glass‐forming ability is modulated by tuning phase competition via the melting entropy of initial phases.

A Phase‐Resolved Geometric Deep Learning Framework Maps Structural Determinants of Disease‐Associated Protein Aggregation and Guides Suppressor Design

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SKALE 2.0 maps disease‐associated protein aggregation as a phase‐resolved structural process, linking mutation‐induced geometric perturbations to nucleation, elongation, and suppressor design. Across neurodegenerative proteins, the framework reveals cryptic aggregation vulnerabilities, separates phase‐concordant and phase‐switching mutations, and ...

A Cytogenetic Study of Human Fragile Sites [PDF]

open access: yes, 1988
Three rare fragile sites (2q13, 12q13 and 17p12) were found to be segregating in a large kindred. Fragile sites 2q13 and 12q13 were readily detectable in culture medium 199+5%FCS, except for 2q13 in family member II-2. The treatment of 199 cultures with

Nature requires investment: Applying priority threat management to support biodiversity and climate targets

open access: yesEcological Solutions and Evidence
Stemming biodiversity loss requires greater investment in conservation and more efficient use of available resources. Prioritizing conservation actions that yield the most biodiversity benefit for the least cost can help maximize return on investment ...

Facile Fabrication of Low‐Impedance, Highly Conformal Epidermal Electrodes Based on Laser‐Induced Graphene–Silver Nanocomposites

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A facile laser‐induced graphene–silver nanocomposite strategy enables ultrathin epidermal electrodes with low impedance, high conductivity, and excellent mechanical robustness. The porous LIG–Ag conductive network mechanically interlocked with SEBS provides stable, motion‐resistant biopotential monitoring, enabling high‐fidelity ECG, EMG, and EEG ...

A Single‐Cell Transcriptomic Atlas of the Ovine Rumen Microbiome Characterizes Lineage‐Specific Metabolic Shifts Associated with Host Heat Tolerance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An optimized single‐cell transcriptomic framework profiles over 60 000 cells to map the ovine rumen microbiome, partitioning the ecosystem into seven cross‐species functional clusters. In heat‐resistant hosts, a lineage‐specific metabolic shift in Anaerovibrio lipolyticus toward a highly glycolytic phenotype contributes to a “nutritional sparing ...

Coupling Coordination and High-Quality Development Pathways Among Tourism, Economy, and Ecology in the Arid and Semiarid Regions of Northwestern China

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society
Tourism development can stimulate regional economic growth and improve living standards in economically underdeveloped regions. However, rapid tourism expansion may also negatively affect regional sustainability, particularly in eco-fragile areas.

Controllable Carbon Shell Encapsulation via Rapid Joule Heating Calcination for High‐Performance Asymmetric Supercapacitor With Suppressed Self‐Discharge and Robust Cycling Stability

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The H‐Fe3O4@C negative electrode and H‐NiCo2S4@C positive electrode are designed through a controllable carbon shell encapsulation strategy. The as‐constructed asymmetric supercapacitor presents robust cycling stability with 93.7% capacity retention after 25 000 cycles.
