Molecular phylogenetic analysis sheds light on the diversity and evolutionary history of the Neotropical and African Triplophyllum (Tectariaceae)

open access: yesJournal of Systematics and Evolution, EarlyView.
We used a molecular approach to resolve the evolutionary lineages of Neotropical Triplophyllum, uncovering that current species circumscriptions are hindered by high morphological homoplasy in indument characters.
