Propositional-Frame Approach to the Description of Families of Russian Cognate Words as a Representation of Mental Discourse

open access: yesВестник Кемеровского государственного университета, 2019
The research features families of cognate words in the Russian language as a dynamic phenomenon. Frame and proposition were adopted as the basic units of representation of word families.

Woven fusion frames in Hilbert spaces [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2018
A new notion in frame theory has been introduced recently that called woven frames. %From the perspective of others, Woven and weaving frames are powerful tools for pre-processing signals and distributed data processing. The purpose of introducing fusion frame or frame of subspace is to first construct local components and then build a global frame ...

Beyond digital twins: the role of foundation models in enhancing the interpretability of multiomics modalities in precision medicine

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This review highlights how foundation models enhance predictive healthcare by integrating advanced digital twin modeling with multiomics and biomedical data. This approach supports disease management, risk assessment, and personalized medicine, with the goal of optimizing health outcomes through adaptive, interpretable digital simulations, accessible ...

Question of quantum equivalence between Jordan frame and Einstein frame

open access: yes, 2015
In the framework of a general scalar-tensor theory, we investigate the equivalence between two different parametrizations of fields that are commonly used in cosmology - the so-called Jordan frame and Einstein frame.

Dysfunctional tetraspanin 7 (TSP‐7) in Caenorhabditis elegans promotes; increases in average life‐ & health‐span, stress‐induced survival and motility

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The C. elegans tetraspanin‐7 (tsp‐7) is a homologue of human CD63, which is a negative regulator of autophagy. The C. elegans strain, tm5761, has a dysfunctional (knockout) tsp‐7 gene. When compared to the wild‐type strain, the tm5761 strain shows increased: life‐ and health‐span; thermotolerance, and stress‐induced locomotion.

Perturbations on K-fusion frames [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2018
K-fusion frames are generalizations of fusion frames in frame theory. This article characterizes various kinds of property of K-fusion frames. Several perturbation results on K-fusion frames are formulated and analyzed.

Enhancing transporter activity in heterologous expression systems with SAHA: a 2500‐times more potent and odorless alternative to butyrate

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Heterologous expression of membrane transporters in cultured cells is essential for functional characterization, but is sometimes limited by low activity. Our study compares the HDAC inhibitors butyrate, VPA and SAHA to enhance transport activity. We propose to replace butyrate by SAHA: it is equally effective, devoid of repulsive odor, costs less, and
