ABSTRACT Marden–Walker syndrome (MWS; OMIM 248700) is an extremely rare congenital disorder characterized by multiple joint contractures, craniofacial dysmorphism, neurological abnormalities, and multisystem involvement. Although historically diagnosed on clinical grounds, only a few cases have been molecularly confirmed.
