Strategic Management Journal, EarlyView.Abstract Research Summary Scarcity of productive factors poses a challenge for firms entering underdeveloped regions. We theorize that incumbent firms can overcome scarcity of skilled human capital in local labor markets by redeploying workers from existing units.

Dual Quantum Dot Molecular FRET Probes for Picomolar DNA Hexaplexing
Small Methods, EarlyView.Multiplexed quantification of six different DNA targets from a single 200 µL sample at picomolar concentrations was accomplished by spectrotemporal detection of time‐resolved FRET from a single Tb‐complex donor to two quantum dot acceptors using one‐color excitation and two‐color detection.
