The Relational Dimension in Gestalt Psychotherapy: Epistemological and Clinical Aspects

open access: yesThe Journal of Humanistic Counseling, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This article reframes Gestalt psychotherapy as intrinsically relational: experience and self‐emerge from contact at the organism–environment boundary and from the field/situation. We revisit ambiguities in the Perls/Goodman model against a brief historical background and articulate a pragmatic stance grounded in the id of the situation and ...

Geochronology of the Whittlesey sedimentary succession, eastern England: The ‘Pompeii’ of the British late Middle Pleistocene to Holocene record

open access: yesJournal of Quaternary Science, EarlyView.
Abstract The sedimentary succession at Whittlesey preserves a unique British late Middle Pleistocene to Holocene record back to a time equivalent to at least marine oxygen isotope stage 8 (ca. 250 ka). This study builds on previously published sedimentology, geochronology and palaeoecology results to establish 20 sedimentary facies associations, with ...

Multidexterity: Reframing Strategic Agility for Hyper‐Transformation

open access: yesStrategic Change, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Organizations experiencing hyper‐transformation—continuous, multidimensional, accelerated, and simultaneous organizational changes—face some limitations in traditional strategic agility and ambidexterity frameworks. Current strategic agility emphasizes rapid responsiveness but insufficiently addresses the nuanced management of varying speeds ...

Should Dermatologists Recommend Direct‐to‐Consumer App‐Based Remote Diagnostics? An Ethical Analysis

open access: yesJEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Dermatology patients still face barriers in accessing timely specialist care. PDCD5 Contributes to Airway Epithelial Cell Damage via Mitochondrial Pathway and Participates in COPD Pathogenesis

open access: yesThe Kaohsiung Journal of Medical Sciences, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Airway epithelial injury plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Mitochondrial dysfunction is implicated in this injury, while the underlying mechanism remains incompletely understood. RNA sequencing was conducted to identify key genes involved in mitochondrial dysfunction in airway epithelial

Phase‐Retrieved High‐Throughput Multi‐Channel Simultaneous Surface Plasmon Resonance Detection

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
This work presents a new phase‐retrieval high‐throughput multi‐channel simultaneous SPR detection framework. By integrating an objective lens‐based coupling system with a rotation‐based ePIE (r‐ePIE) phase retrieval on the back focal planes, this framework significantly reduces the minimum required detection area to reveal localized information.
