Cationic mRNA Lipid Nanoparticles for Ex Vivo NanoCAR‐T Cell Engineering
This study compares charge‑neutral and cationic lipidnanoparticles (LNPs) for ex vivo mRNA delivery to T cells, revealing distinctdependencies on medium composition and T cell activation.
