This study established sex‐ and sport‐specific reference intervals (RIs) for the neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and systemic immune‐inflammation index (SII) in elite athletes. By analyzing 13,647 athlete data records, significant differences were found based on sex and sport type.
