Mechanotransducing Organic Electrochemical Diode for Crosstalk‐Inhibited Artificial Skin
An innovative approach is presented to a stretchable mechanotransducing diode that unifies rectification and tactile‐sensing functionality. This approach enables to fabricate the diode that maintains a large rectification ratio (5 × 102) at a high operational frequency (100 Hz).

Microstructural evolution of paramagnetic materials by magnetic freeze casting
External magnetic fields were applied during the process of directional solidification to control the microstructural patterning of ceramic scaffolds formed by freezing colloidal mixtures of magnetic and paramagnetic particles. Under low magnetic fields (

Ceramic macromembrane for tangento-axial micro- and ultrafiltration water systems [PDF]
An innovative proposal of tangento-axial filtration based on the concept of macromembrane (large size) is presented in the context of micro- and ultrafiltration ceramic membranes. The macromembrane is made of Al2O3–TiO2 by slip casting.

A mechanically tunable hydrogel composed of gelatin, chondroitin sulfate and laminin promotes angiogenesis in vitro without the supplement of growth factors. Endothelial cells morphogenesis was further enhanced by medium conditioned with bioactive glass 58S‐released ions (Ca and Si), thus offering a promising strategy to vascularize 3D tissue ...

Poly(vinyl alcohol) freeze casts with nano-additives as potential thermal insulators
Freeze-casting consists of freezing a liquid suspension (aqueous or other), followed by sublimation of the solidified state to the gas state under reduced pressure, and subsequent sintering of the remaining scaffold to consolidate and densify the struts ...

Melt Grafting of Geometry‐Tailored Voltage Stabilizers for High‐Performance Polypropylene Insulation
A scalable one‐step melt grafting strategy is developed to enhance the dielectric properties of isotactic polypropylene by covalently incorporating thermally stable aromatic voltage stabilizers. This solvent‐free approach improves volume resistivity and DC breakdown strength through deep trap formation and charge localization, offering a sustainable ...
