The Mathematics Performances of Students in the French Overseas Departments
The students of the French Overseas Departments have lower scores in the National Assessments tests than their metropolitan peers. However, contrary to what is stated in literature, the authors note that the difference between the two groups is bigger in mathematics than in French.
