One of the causes of midline diastema is an abnormal labial frenulum. This case report showcases the successful and efficient surgical management of an aberrant maxillary labial frenulum in a 17-year-old patient. The follow-up evaluation revealed optimal healing. The midline diastema was further closed using fixed appliance.
