ANALOGUE SIGNAL PREDICTOR: FREQUENCY-DOMAIN ANALYSIS
International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, 2007Frequency-domain analysis of the recently suggested analogue signal predictor is performed. In addition, the operation of the circuit is demonstrated in the high frequency and very high frequency ranges by means of PSPICE simulator employing high-speed operational amplifiers.

Abstract This chapter reviews the essentials of the harmonic analysis of fractional processes in the frequency domain. Section 1 briefly sets out the theory of harmonic analysis and defines concepts such as transfer function and spectral density. Section 2 shows how this theory applies to the fractional model. Section 3 considers partial

The analysis of electrical signals is a fundamental problem for most engineers. As we have seen, even if the basic problem is not electrical, the parameters of interest are usually changed from pressure, force, temperature etc. into an electrical quantity by means of transducers.

Although the differential equation is a basic system description, obtaining this equation can be tedious and time-consuming. Consequently for a time-invariant system this approach is avoided in practice, except in special cases. The Fourier and Laplace transforms offer an alternative approach for characterizing and analyzing these systems. Insight into

Frequency Domain Analysis and Design
2002In the previous chapters, all specifications were restricted to the eigenvalue domain. With respect to the closed-loop transfer functions, their denominator p(s, q k) was considered. Now, the effect of the numerators will also be taken into account. The aim of this chapter is to combine a variety of frequency domain criteria with the parameter space ...
