Frequency-Hopping Microwave Generation With a Large Time-Bandwidth Product
We propose and demonstrate an approach to generating large time-bandwidth product (TBWP) frequency-hopping (FH) microwave waveforms by using an ultra-high-quality factor (Q) silicon microring resonator (MRR) with thermal tuning.
