Single-Carrier Frequency-Domain Equalization Based on Frequency-Domain Oversampling

IEEE Communications Letters, 2012
A technique based on the frequency-domain oversampling in Single-Carrier Frequency-Domain Equalization is proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed system based on frequency domain oversampling outperforms the conventional system in static frequency-selective channel.

On watermarking in frequency domain

SPIE Proceedings, 2010
A wavelet-based image watermarking scheme is proposed, based on insertion of 'logo' image as watermark in midfrequency domain. This new approach provides flexibility in determining the pixel to be watermarked and increases the data hiding capacity. It is easy to implement watermark embedding algorithm as well as the corresponding detection algorithm.

Frequency domain chaotic watermarking

ISCAS 2001. The 2001 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (Cat. No.01CH37196), 2002
A watermarking procedure to be applied in the frequency domain to digital images has been proposed and investigated, with purpose of copyright protection. The selected digital signature is a chaotic sequence embedded by considering a shaping function to weight in different manner each sequence value, as a function of the image properties in the ...

The Ultrahigh-Frequency Domain

Transactions of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, 1937
Use of ultrahigh frequencies for educational broadcasting has been thought to offer attractive possibilities because of the supposedly almost unlimited number of channels; however, the demands of other radio services, particularly television, may be expected to congest this newly opened region. Ultrahigh-frequency waves behave somewhat like light waves,

The frequency domain

2002
We are familiar with systems that are dynamic, that is, systems whose output signals vary with time. Examples are shown in Figure 14.1.
