Notch Filtering Suitable for Real Time Removal of Power Line Interference [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
This paper presents a high performance notch filtering for real time suppression of power line interference in a general signal. The disturbing signal is suppressed using an optimal notch FIR filter with tunable notch frequency.

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

DUAL BAND FILTER DESIGN USING REAL FREQUENCY TECHNIQUE AND FREQUENCY TRANSFORMATION

open access: yesElectrica, 2017
In this work, we present a frequency transformation based dual-band filter design approach using scatteringbased real frequency technique. In the design process, conventional low-pass to band-pass frequency transformation isintegrated with the simplified

Study of the use of a nonlinear, rate limited, filter on pilot control signals [PDF]

open access: yes
The use of a filter on the pilot's control output could improve the performance of the pilot-aircraft system. What is needed is a filter with a sharp high frequency cut-off, no resonance peak, and a minimum of lag at low frequencies.

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

A Wideband Low-Pass Filter for Differential Mode Distortion

open access: yesActa Polytechnica, 2011
This paper deals with the solution for a wideband low-pass filter that can be used for filtering the input currents of switching converters, which are distorted by the switching frequency of PWM. Initially, the filter was proposed for the special type of
