Computing, 1997
Theory and practice of the frequency filtering domain decomposition (FFDD) method for the solution of a Poisson-like partial differential equation on a rectangular grid. Parallelization of the FF is obtained by the combination with DD and by a further recursive calculation of the coupling Schur complement.

Subband frequency-domain filtering for filtered OFDM
Eleventh International Conference on Graphics and Image Processing (ICGIP 2019), 2020The fifth generation (5G) cellular network is mainly used to meet the needs of mobile communication after 2020. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is widely used in existing wireless communication systems, and filtered orthogonal frequency division multiplexing has been proposed.

Frequency-Tunable Tri-Function Filter
IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, 2017In this paper, we present a reconfigurable filter capable of having three different responses, such as bandstop, bandpass, and all-pass responses. For designing the tri-function filter, we have developed a new topology containing coupled resonators and a switch-embedded transmission line running from the input to output ports.

Adaptive frequency shape Kalman filters
IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 1989Kalman filters operating in colored process noise. Environments have frequency shaped gains. When the process noise environment is known and changing, then it is natural to use filters with adaptive frequency shaping. In this article one such least-squares based scheme which builds on the theory for the class of all stabilizing proper controllers for a

Fourier transform can be used to transform the image into frequency domain space (Bracewell 1986; Russ and Neal 2016). Frequency domain filtering is an important method for image enhancement (Gonzalez and Woods 2008; Zhang 2017a).

Frequency Filtering Techniques
2004In this chapter, we outline the method of frequency filtering decomposition (FFD) proposed in [186] for the construction of factorized preconditioners for the systems of linear equations arising in usual FE conforming approximations for elliptic problems.

Narrowband filtering with frequency sampling filters
ICASSP '81. IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing, 2005A reduction on the number of multiplies per point is achieved for narrowband filtering when frequency sampling filters are used. Agarwal and Cooley [4] tabulated some optimal block size segments of long sequences when convolving them with a short sequence by FFT methods. In this paper we describe how, by using block lengths of twice the filter's length
