FRFT-SCFDMA scheme for uplink in 5G radio access networks

Subsample time delay estimation of chirp signals using FrFT
Signal Processing, 2014A new subsample time delay estimator is proposed in this paper. It is evaluated based on the time delay property of the fractional Fourier transform and is suitable for processing chirp signals. The theoretic derivation of the algorithm is also presented.

Target Direction Finding in HFSWR Sea Clutter Based on FRFT
2020In high frequency surface wave radar (HFSWR), Doppler frequencies of the vessels targets may overlap the first order Doppler frequencies from the sea clutter interference. Therefor it is hard to discover the vessel targets and estimate direction of arrive (DOA) of the ship targets.

Discussions on RFI suppression in SAR using FRFT

ICSP '04. 2004., 2005In order to remove the RFI as much as possible, we should use as much information as we know about the signal and the RFI. Most methods of RFI suppression use no information of the transmitted signal. A thought for RFI suppression using FRFT is proposed in this paper. Some simulation results are given.
