Fabrication of High‐Performance rGO/Cu Composites via Arc Induction Melting: A Comprehensive Study on Microstructure, Tribological and Electrical Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, Volume 28, Issue 2, 21 January 2026.
Cu composites containing 0.5–1 wt% rGO were produced via Arc Induction Melting, achieving grain refinement and Hall–Petch, Orowan and load‐transfer strengthening that increased hardness from 65 to 225HV30.rGO‐derived tribofilms cut wear by 78% and friction by over 60.

Effect of Annealing on Mechanical Behavior of Additively Manufactured Structures: A Large‐Scale Experimental Evaluation and Error‐Based Conditional Multiobjective Optimization

open access: yesAdvances in Polymer Technology, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Annealing is a heat‐treatment process that enhances polymers by relieving internal stresses, increasing ductility, and modifying the microstructure. This is particularly valuable in additively manufactured structures, where layer‐by‐layer deposition introduces residual stresses and heterogeneities. This study investigates how annealing scenarios affect
