Spatiotemporal distribution of strong convective cells over northern Serbia, 2008–2010

An objective analysis of a three year observation of convective cells (CCs) in northern Serbia shows the differences in the distribution of areas with a smaller and larger number of days with convection. The spatial distribution from year to year was variable; however, the analysis identified areas with a frequent occurrence of CCs.
