Biomedical Chromatography, 2022AbstractIn this study, we aimed to demonstrate the therapeutic effect of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus on chemotherapy‐induced myelosuppression and elucidate its mechanism. A pharmacological study was conducted to investigate the mechanism of the inhibiting effects of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus on cyclophosphamide‐induced bone marrow suppression in mice.

Current Topics in Nutraceutical Research, 2023We aimed to examine the protective role and mechanism of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi on carbon tetrachloride-induced mouse model of subacute liver injury. [Hypoglycemic effect of fructus Ligustri Lucidi].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 1992The decoction of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (FLL) 15.30 g/kg ig for 10 days significantly decreased the blood glucose level in normal mice. FLL 30 g/kg before or after the treatment of alloxan also decreased the blood glucose level in alloxan diabetic mice. The elevation of blood glucose level induced by adrenaline or glucose was antagonized by FLL.
