Microcones configured with full-bridge circuits

Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering, 2012
Abstract Small-diameter microcones have been widely used for the characterisation of soil properties in the field and in the calibration chamber because the smaller probe may require a smaller penetrometer capacity and a smaller calibration chamber. As the cone size decreases, the area required for the installation of the strain gauges also decreases,

A New Family of Full-Bridge ZVS Converters

IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2004
A family of soft-switched, full-bridge (FB) pulse-width-modulated (PWM) converters that feature zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) of all bridge switches over a wide range of input voltage and output load with minimal duty cycle loss and circulating current is described.

Full-bridge capacitive extensometer

Review of Scientific Instruments, 1993
Capacitive transducers have proven to be very effective sensors of small displacements, because of inherent stability and noninvasive high resolution. The most versatile ones have been those of a differential type, in which two elements are altered in opposite directions in response to change of the system parameter being monitored.

Multiple-input full bridge dc/dc converter

2009 IEEE Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition, 2009
In the renewable power system with two or more sources, the application of multiple-input converter (MIC) instead of several single-input converters can simplify the circuit and reduce the cost. A novel multiple-input full bridge dc/dc converter is proposed in this paper.

An improved integrated boost full-bridge converter

2016 IEEE Smart Energy Grid Engineering (SEGE), 2016
The output voltage of Fuel cell or solar cell is often low and varies widely with the load and environmental condition, such as 20–70 V. Therefore, a dc-dc converter for large wide input-voltage range application is often used as the front-end converter in the microgrid.

A New PWM ZVS Full-Bridge Converter

IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2006
A soft-switched full-bridge (FB) converter that features zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) of the bridge switches over a wide output-load range is introduced. The proposed converter achieves ZVS with substantially reduced duty-cycle loss and circulating current.

Interleaved-Boost Type Full-Bridge PFC Coverter

IEEE 36th Conference on Power Electronics Specialists, 2005., 2006
In order to correct the power boost topology has been used for easy control. But conventional boost topology has some drawbacks switching voltage surge, cross conduction current and right-half-plane zero of its control transfer function. Furthermore in this topology output voltage is always higher than input.

A Capacitive Galvanically Isolated Full-Bridge Converter

IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification
This paper proposes a transformerless, capacitively isolated converter based on a full-bridge topology with phase shift control. Compared to existing capacitively isolated converters, the proposed design offers the advantage of zero mean voltage across the isolating capacitors, thereby reducing voltage stress.

A novel soft-switching full bridge converter

2016 IEEE 8th International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference (IPEMC-ECCE Asia), 2016
A novel soft-switching full-bridge (SSFB) converter with additional secondary switch and non-dissipative energy recovery snubber is proposed in this paper. With a simple switching scheme for the primary side switches, the proposed SSFB converter regulates the output voltage by adjusting the duty cycle of the secondary switch. Moreover, by utilizing the
