Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.

Bioprinting High‐Cell‐Density Cardiac Tissue Constructs With Sustained Contractile Function

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Contractile cardiomyocytes in 3D culture provide insights into the behavior of the heart. Combining a 3D bioprinting approach with a multi‐electrode array allows the development of the 3D culture to be monitored over time, and matured cultures allow the effect of drugs on cardiac function to be modelled, replicating effects seen in clinical application.

Dynamic Full-Duplex Cellular System for Wide Area IoT Network Backbone

open access: yesIEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology
This study proposes a dynamic full-duplex cellular (DDC) system by introducing an in-band full-duplex in a phased manner into a conventional time-division duplex (TDD)-based cellular system. Further, we propose and evaluate appropriate user equipment (UE)

Full-Duplex Millimeter Wave MIMO Channel Estimation: A Neural Network Approach

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Machine Learning in Communications and Networking
Millimeter wave (mmWave) multiple-input-multi-output (MIMO) is now a reality with great potential for further improvement. We study full-duplex transmissions as an effective way to improve mmWave MIMO systems. Compared to half-duplex systems, full-duplex

Azobenzene's Cross‐Scale Optics and Photonics: Molecular Photoswitching, Mesoscopic Material Motions, and Adaptive Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Azobenzene photoswitches translate molecular‐scale E/Z photoisomerization into macroscopic material responses and device‐level photonic functions. This Review highlights how azobenzene research has evolved from molecular photochemistry to photoalignment, mass migration, photomechanics, and heat release, ultimately enabling holography, reconfigurable ...
