Altered cortical synchronization in photosensitive idiopathic generalized epilepsy
Abstract Objective To characterize cortical excitability and synchronization dynamics in patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy (IGE) and photosensitivity by assessing steady‐state visual evoked potentials (SSVEPs) elicited by intermittent photic stimulation.

Fungi cause injury in forest plantations; then it was tested the fungitoxic potential of Corymbia citriodora, Eucalyptus camaldulensis and Eucalyptus urophylla leaves for inhibiting the mycelial growth of the Neopestalotiopsis clavispora fungus. The presence of citronellal and citronellol compounds in the C. citriodora essential oil was more associated

Industrial manufacturing processes have transformative effects on the components of food matrix. These transformations in food matrix and components have direct implications for quality assurance (QA), food quality (e.g., nutritional profile and texture), and food safety management (e.g., pathogen control and toxin mitigation). ABSTRACT This systematic

Abstract Background Leaf shatter during low‐moisture baling and mold proliferation under high‐moisture conditions pose major challenges in alfalfa hay production. A proprietary propionic acid‐based hay preservative product, LZP, effectively inhibits microbial reproduction in high‐moisture alfalfa bales; however, its optimal moisture thresholds and ...

Delayed rainfall diminishes the positive response of soil respiration to warming
Warming stimulates soil respiration and its components, while delayed rainfall suppresses them. Crucially, delayed rainfall diminishes or even reverses the positive response of soil respiration to warming by intensifying the drought stress, and autotrophic respiration is more vulnerable than heterotrophic respiration under this interaction.

ABSTRACT As an increasing number of states legalize recreational cannabis, it is increasingly important to understand the optimal tax design for recreational cannabis. Currently, various tax bases (weight, potency, price) and rates are used. However, the empirical evidence on the impact of tax‐related attributes (pre‐tax prices, tetrahydrocannabinol ...
